Lectures were a specialty of Derek, for a small fee he
was
able to give an excellent slide presentations based upon his skill and
expertise in bird photography.
But unfortunately due to a
critical illness Derek was no longer able to travel and
speech became very difficult so stopped lectures, but these
last two books were produced after a physical struggle, which we hope you will purchase and enjoy.
Sadly in January 2008 Derek died aged 67, following a long
battle with motor neurone disease.
This
site also introduces

of these magnificence publications.

indeed
due to
